heard this saying
Have you heard this saying before: "Garbage in, garbage out? Or how about, "You are what you eat? Well, I'm making up a new saying: "You are what you drink!" Our bodies are made up of 70% water and require an adequate intake of water to insure our health. But not just any water. Natural, mineral water, h20! Nature designed us to be mineral water healthy.
You may be wondering why this is so important. Well, our very existence relies upon the body's ability to make use of minerals. When we are mineral water healthy, the body can use these natural occurring substances to carry important signals to the body's cells.
Calcium is needed for heart function, muscle movement, nerve impulses and, healthy teeth and bones. Magnesium is important for major organ function such as the liver. This important mineral also plays a part in the transfer of inter cellular water, maintaining the body's alkaline balance, and neuromuscular function. Potassium is used by cell membranes to transmit nerve impulses, as well as, to regulate heart rhythm.
